Our accessibility goal
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, where practical. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time checklist.
Features in this site

- Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus indicators
- Readable color contrast and responsive text
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- Reduced motion support for people who request it
- No automatic audio, video, chat, or social feed
- Phone and email alternatives for the current application process
Known limits
Some linked services, email applications, phone services, and external websites are controlled by other organizations. We cannot guarantee their accessibility. Historical event posters may contain text inside images; the surrounding page provides the important event details in accessible text.
Report a barrier

Please tell us the page or feature, what happened, and the format or assistance that would work better. Do not include private health, legal, or financial details. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information another way and address the barrier.
Application assistance
The secure online application gateway is still being completed. Call or email for the current application process. Requesting an accessible format or assistance will not change how an application is reviewed.
